By engaging Powered Industries for services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These apply to all work performed and override any other terms unless agreed in writing.
We provide electrical, heating & cooling, plumbing, building maintenance, and renovation services. All work is subject to availability, site suitability, and an agreed scope of works.
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices may change due to unforeseen site conditions, access issues, compliance rectifications, or changes to scope. Additional charges apply for after-hours, emergency, or weekend works.
Payment is due upon completion of works unless otherwise agreed.
For longer projects, staged progress payments may be required at agreed milestones (e.g. Rough-In, Fit-Off).
Overdue invoices may attract a 5% late fee.
We accept EFT, card payments, and bank transfers.
Any changes or additions outside the original scope will be treated as a variation and may incur additional charges. Discovery of non-compliant installations or site hazards may result in variations.
Clients must ensure clear, safe, and timely access to the site. If our team cannot access the work area, delays or rescheduling fees may apply. It is the client’s responsibility to provide a safe working environment.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A fee may be incurred for changes made with less notice. We reserve the right to reschedule due to safety concerns, extreme weather, or operational delays.
All materials and equipment supplied by Powered Industries remain our property until full payment is received. We reserve the right to remove any unpaid items.
We do not warrant or accept liability for customer-supplied products or equipment. Any issues arising from such items, including compatibility or faults, may result in additional labour or return visit charges.
We provide a 24-month workmanship warranty on all services provided. This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, third-party interference, or external environmental conditions. Manufacturer warranties will be passed on where applicable.
Powered Industries holds Public Liability Insurance to the value of $20 million. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client is responsible for securing any necessary permits or approvals before work begins. Any delays or fines resulting from missing permits will be treated as variations.
All branding, documentation, images, and content related to Powered Industries remain our intellectual property. No content may be reused or reproduced without written permission.
We collect and use your personal information solely for providing services, processing payments, and communication. Your data is kept secure and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
Powered Industries will not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, supply chain disruption, illness, or government actions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State or Territory in which services are performed. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and Powered Industries. Any other verbal or written agreements are superseded unless expressly stated in writing.
Powered Industries reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most recent version will be published on our website. Continued engagement with our services implies acceptance of the latest terms.
